Do we actually need an app, or is a mobile website enough?

Why React Native instead of fully native?
For typical business apps, cross-platform delivers both stores for roughly the effort of one native build, with faster iteration and a single team. Fully native still makes sense for heavy games, AR or specialised hardware work — in which case we will tell you so.
What does app store approval involve?
Store listings, privacy declarations, content policies and review processes on both platforms — Apple in particular rejects apps for guideline misses. We have the checklists and handle submission end-to-end, including responding to review feedback.
What does maintenance look like after launch?
